I'm having trouble purchasing online - what should I do?

What if I am purchasing a gift for someone?

If you are purchasing a gift for someone the process is the same as shopping for yourself. Once you get to the checkout process simply enter in the recipients address as the delivery address.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, VISA and MasterCard

What happens if I don’t want my product or have changed my mind?

We will allow cancelations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

How do I know my order has been dispatched and how do I track my parcel?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to check your delivery status at any time. You can use your tracking number to check your delivery status by going to the Australia Post website.
